Diaspora Solidarity Group is a Romania-based NGO working at the intersection of migrant and refugee inclusion, youth and women’s empowerment, education, digital inclusion and climate justice. We create inclusive learning opportunities, strengthen digital and sustainability skills, and connect local and international communities through non-formal education, capacity building, advocacy and community-led initiatives.

Our Motivation

We want to join the Digital4Sustainability Alliance to bring an inclusion and social justice perspective to the digital and green transitions, ensuring that migrants, refugees, young people, women and other underrepresented communities are not left behind. We also aim to exchange expertise, strengthen our educational work and contribute to developing accessible digital sustainability skills across Europe.

Our Contribution

We hope to contribute our experience in non-formal education, digital inclusion, climate justice and community engagement, bringing the perspectives of migrants, refugees, women and young people into the Alliance. We can support learning programmes, training and awareness activities, pilot educational resources, contribute to events and dissemination, and help make digital sustainability skills more accessible to diverse communities.
