Dynasoc is a Brussels non-profit rooted in Saint-Josse-ten-Noode. It advances practical digital inclusion for vulnerable groups through responsible, human-controlled AI, open-source tools, digital wellbeing and data autonomy. Its emerging Dynasoc Lab Youth pathway combines refurbished computers in full ownership with workshops and follow-up, strengthening skills, autonomy and longer device life.

Our Motivation

“The Alliance’s work matters when its strategies, curricula and training tools remain useful to the person facing digital exclusion. Dynasoc hopes to test that bridge in Brussels and share back what works, what does not, and what responsible digital frugality can add.” — Olivier Ngandu, Administrator / Founder, Dynasoc

The Alliance has already turned its skills analysis into a 2026 strategy, modular curricula and a practical Train-the-Trainer programme. Dynasoc would like to help test how that work reaches vulnerable communities in Brussels. We often start from broad questions of sovereignty, infrastructure and ethics; joining would keep us accountable to the person actually using the tools, while allowing us to share honest field feedback with the partners who built them.

Our Contribution Pattern

Our Contribution

Dynasoc can pilot the Alliance’s learning and Train-the-Trainer materials in Saint-Josse-ten-Noode with vulnerable young people, adults and community organisations, then return practical feedback on accessibility, relevance and adoption. We can also share adapted lessons in French, Dutch and English. Our distinctive contribution is digital frugality: accessible open-source tools, refurbished hardware that lasts, AI proportionate to need, and skills-building over passive technology consumption.
