The National Coalition for Sustainable Digitisation (NCDD) is a pre-competitive collaboration between the business community, government, research institutions and civil society organisations. The focus is on making digitisation more sustainable and exploring digitisation opportunities to accelerate sustainability. The NCDD is the platform where sustainable digital Netherlands comes together. It is a place for dialogue between the business community and government, research institutions and civil society organisations, and provides members with access to state-of-the-art knowledge. Best practices are made available to everyone from CIOs to developers and from producers to end users. Through the NCDD, sustainable IT suppliers and end users come together to make a difference. In addition, the coalition works in working groups on specific projects to advance and accelerate sustainable digitisation and related knowledge.

Our Mission

“Sustainable digitisation starts with people. By working together across Europe to develop knowledge and skills, we can make sustainable choices the norm, both in classrooms and in organisations.”

We are joining to connect European knowledge and practice in the areas of skills, education and innovation for sustainable digitisation. With our Knowledge & Skills working group, we contribute to a shared understanding and accelerate adoption by sharing and collectively scaling Dutch best practices.
