Craft College is a Croatian adult education and vocational training institution founded in 2006. Working closely with craft organisations, employers and SMEs, we develop labour-market-oriented qualifications, micro-credentials and upskilling programmes. Our European projects and training initiatives address digital skills, innovation, smart technologies and green competencies, supporting inclusive lifelong learning and Europe’s twin transition.

We aim to contribute our experience in labour-market-driven VET, adult learning and curriculum development to Europe’s twin transition. The Alliance offers a valuable opportunity to exchange expertise, integrate digital sustainability skills into training and create practical upskilling pathways for craftspeople, SMEs, educators and adult learners in Croatia.

Our Contribution

We can contribute to the development and validation of occupational profiles, learning outcomes and modular, competence-based curricula informed by employers’ needs. We are particularly interested in connecting digital sustainability skills with the realities of crafts and SMEs, including smart technologies, resource-efficient processes, digital manufacturing and vocational upskilling. Drawing on our experience with Erasmus+, Interreg and national adult learning initiatives, we can share insights from the Croatian labour market, participate in expert exchanges and, where feasible, support the piloting of learning resources. Through our networks of education providers, craft organisations and businesses, we can also help disseminate project results and promote their practical application. Our goal is to translate European skills strategies into accessible, employment-oriented learning opportunities that support a sustainable and digitally skilled workforce.
