Our Role in Digital4Sustainability
In this project, Profil Klett is actively involved in WP2, WP3, and WP5. It works on the analysis of needs and the market, actively participates in the formation and structuring of curricular documents; additionally, Profil Klett will be most engaged in the creation of materials and the training for the use of these materials in practice.
Profil Klett’s mission in this project is to lead and contribute significantly to the analysis of needs and the market, and to participate actively in forming and structuring curricular documents. Specifically, Profil Klett is tasked with conducting in-depth research to identify the urgent skills needs in digital sustainability, synthesizing findings from desk research, questionnaires, job vacancy analysis, and expert focus groups. Profil Klett will also be instrumental in designing and developing educational profiles and curricula, aimed at upskilling individuals in digital sustainability roles. Additionally, they will develop and implement training materials and programs to ensure effective knowledge transfer and practical application of these new educational tools. Through these efforts, Profil Klett aims to bridge the gap between current skill offerings and market needs, ultimately enhancing digital sustainability education and training across Europe.
